Training Week: January 9 - January 15

Week of January 9 - January 15

01-09 - [Monday] - PM: 8 miles. Easy.

01-10 - [Tuesday] - PM: 9 miles. 60:00.

01-11 - [Wednesday] - PM:  11 miles as 5 mile w/up + 6 x 800 @ 5k pace with about 1 min rest in between + 2+ cooldown.

01-12 - [Thursday] - PM: 10 miles.

01-13 - [Friday] - PM: 7 miles. Very late run. Also drank 3 cokes.

01-14 - [Saturday] - AM: 10 miles.

01-15 - [Sunday] - PM: 15 miles roads (Madison, Tamworth, West Ossipee).

70 miles on 7 runs.
