September 3 (Thursday) - Easy 5 miles at lunch on the roads. Then another easy 8 miles on the roads after work. Leg was very sore. It started to hurt on the later run and afterwards it was super sensitive and sore in the spot where my fracture was. Probably the most painful it's been. Strange considering it didn't hurt at all yesterday...not once...during the workout. Icing and stretching the calf. May have to take a rest day. 13 miles total on the day.
