In the interest of trying to post more than once a week and to keep in line with a lot of others out there, I'll try doing a very quick monthly summary of what went on in my world during the past 30+ days...

January Training:

Goals for February:

Training: Keep up with 80+ miles per week plus some workouts from coach Fernando Braz to keep me on track for being in shape enough to run Boston.

Racing: Finish out the last 3 or 4 (depending) Granite State Snowshoe Series races and then compete in the first USATF-NE Road GP for CMS (DH Jones 10 Miler). I think we have a good chance of making real noise at DH Jones and it should be interesting for sure. I may finish out the short month with a last snowshoe at WMAC...that will be a game time decision I think.

One day after Hawley is (I know it's early but...) the opening of the Mt. Washington lottery.... I got work to do...
